This little girl needs an operation to try to put right her deformed tibia and fibula, the operation will cost around 10,000RMB, plus Rmb6,000 for the recovering nutrition fees after two operations, traveling fees and motel fees (including patients family member). This is a major priority for HAND. Two operations have been planned and will take place once HAND Clinic has the necessary funds.

和秋艳 123女、 6岁，怒江福贡匹河人，怒族。
3年前跌伤左小腿，致左胫骨向前成角骨折，患肢短缩畸形，可跛行数十步，要求手术治疗。
体检：患儿一般情况可，头颅五官及心肺、腹部未发现异常。 坐小腿向前成角畸形，并短缩 4CM膝关节和踝关节活动功能尚好，患肢无肌萎缩，X片提示：胫骨中下段1/3处向前成角骨折（成角约80度）骨性畸形愈合，腓骨稍向前凸，胫骨、腓骨均有骨质疏松。
诊断：做胫骨陈旧性骨折，向前成角骨性愈合，并胫骨腓骨骨质疏松，患肢短缩 4CM 处理意见： 1、左胫骨切开复位，钢板内固定（可考虑延长复位内固定术）2、腓骨“N”字延长 治疗评估：通过手术矫治（包括切开延长复位、钢板固定）应该恢复理想功能。但到成年期仍有患肢短缩的可能）
住院要求： 分2次：第一次手术矫治约20天； 第二次取出钢板约15天，住院时间间隔期约为一年。 经费预算评估：两次住院经费约 9000元； 其他费用预算：两次手术后营养费，旅费、餐费（包括病人、家人、诊所医生等）， 手术事宜安排等费用约 6000元。
